VANCOUVER, Wash. — Authorities are asking for the public for tips after a Portland woman was found dead inside a car with her child.
On Nov. 1, around 4:25 a.m., Courtney Valencia Clinton was found dead in the area of North Blandford Drive and East Evergreen Boulevard in Vancouver. The 31-year-old's cause of death was due to incised wounds of the neck, according to the Clark County medical examiner.
Police also found a child inside the car, who was unharmed, and is being cared for by the family.
The Vancouver Police Department Major Crime Unit and Crime Stoppers of Oregon are asking people to help find and identify anyone involved in the homicide. Anyone who has information may submit anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers of Oregon.
