TIGARD, Ore. — A man who allegedly approached three women at a Tigard park, grabbing one of them before running away, has pleaded guilty.
Jhonatan Temprana-Olivares, 29, changed his initial plea to guilty on Tuesday, according to court records. He's charged with third-degree sexual abuse, and his sentence includes two years of supervised probation.
Tigard police said all three incidents took place in August on the trail near the volleyball court at Cook Family Park, which connects the park to the neighborhoods on Tualatin Road. In one incident, a woman was walking on the path when Temprana-Olivares came up behind her and grabbed her rear end with both hands. When she turned around, Temprana-Olivares took off, running towards the woods.
Temprana-Olivares was arrested shortly afterward, and police shared his booking photo to try and reach other potential victims.
