PORTLAND, Oregon — A Multnomah County Grand Jury indicted a man accused of exposing himself to a woman who was jogging on the Springwater Corridor Trail in September, Portland police said on Tuesday. Investigators are concerned there could be other victims.

Anthony Hill, 33, faces one count of attempted sexual abuse in the first degree and public indecency. Hill was already in custody for unrelated charges in Clackamas on Oct. 10, Portland police said. Portland police did not provide any other details about those unrelated charges or what they are connected to.

On Sept. 4, police officers responded to the area of Southeast Johnson Creek Boulevard and Southeast Brookside Drive around 10:30 a.m. A woman told police that she was jogging when a man on a bicycle passed her and jumped into the bushes further up on the trail. When she approached the area, the woman told police that the man came out of the bushes naked and tried to grab her. The woman was able to run away. Police searched the area, but did not find the suspect at the time.

Portland police announced on Oct. 22 that a grand jury had indicted Hill. He is currently at Multnomah County Inverness Jail.

Portland Police Bureau investigators believe there may be other victims. Portland police released Hill's photo and want to connect with any victims or witnesses who believe they may have information about crimes committed by Hill.
