Grand jury in Marion County finds Oregon State Police trooper justified in deadly shooting
On Monday, April 10, OSP trooper Andrew Tuttle shot and killed Felipe Amezcua Manzo who was holding a truck driver at gunpoint. He didn't listen to verbal warning.
