Retired fire engine seen submerged in Otis in Lincoln County. The fire engine is privately owned and no longer in service, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office said.
"This photo goes to show how severe this weather system is affecting the Otis community," the sheriff's office posted on Facebook.
