PORTLAND, Oregon — Northeast Sandy Boulevard near Northeast Lawrence Avenue has reopened in both directions following a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, whose name has not yet been released, was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
The driver of the vehicle stayed on scene and cooperated with investigators.
