PORTLAND, Ore. — Drivers taking the Morrison Bridge this week can expect to see some traffic delays. Crews are doing inspection work on Wednesday, Jan. 3 and Thursday, Jan. 4.

The bridge won't be closed during the annual inspection, but there will be frequent bridge lifts from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on both days, according to Multnomah County.

The county maintains the Morrison Bridge, along with the Burnside, Broadway, Sellwood and Sauvie Island bridges on the Willamette River.
