PORTLAND, Ore. — Beginning at 11 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, the northbound lanes of the Interstate Bridge between Portland and Vancouver will be closed for sign maintenance.

The maintenance will last eight hours, between 11 p.m. on the night of June 15 and 7 a.m. the morning of June 16. The northbound lanes will be closed to ensure safety for those working maintenance for the highway signs, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation.
ODOT suggested traffic heading north into Washington to take Interstate 84 east to Interstate 205 to cross over the Glenn Jackson Bridge.
The Interstate 5 onramp from Hayden Island and the sidewalk of the Interstate Bridge will be closed during the same hours, ODOT said.
