MCMINNVILLE, Ore. — A school bus full of children in the Head Start program was one of three vehicles involved in a chain reaction crash near McMinnville on Monday evening.

It happened on Highway 18 at Durham Lane.

Police say a GMC Yukon was trying to cross the highway when it hit the side of a minivan.

That van then spun into the westbound lane of Highway 18 where it was hit by the school bus full of children.
