PORTLAND, Ore. — One person is dead and another was taken to the hospital after a crash Monday morning in Portland, the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) reported.
The crash happened at 6:40 a.m. near Northeast Halsey Street and 118th Avenue. During the investigation, Northeast Halsey Street will be closed between 117th Avenue and 122nd Avenue.
PPB said two vehicles were involved in the crash. One person died at the scene and a second person was taken to the hospital.
