PORTLAND, Ore. — Red-light runners, tailgaters, no u-turn u-turners. Bad drivers of Portland, meet the man whose video clips you could star in.
Life-long Portlander Toshiki Nakagawa records everything he sees on the roads. It's not a job requirement. He's a graphic designer.
He's tired of getting in wrecks as a result of other people's bad driving. He says three wrecks have cost him a week's worth of phone calls and thousands of dollars in damage. He wanted to be prepared with video evidence if there was a next time.
Lucky for him, no more accidents, but the footage he's compiled over the past few years is a real commentary on our collective driving habits.
One of my favorites in his footage is a passenger leaning out of a car window on the freeway to secure a gas cap.
He's put together his own YouTube series he calls plainly, "Bad Drivers of Portland" and he's through volume 5. He hopes the series may be somewhat educational and entertaining.
I asked him for his "best of" but that would have filled up a hard drive, so, I hope you enjoy this more condensed version.

Most of us can relate, and most of these topics are your ideas. What drives you crazy? Post your videos and pictures on my Facebook page. On Twitter.
