VANCOUVER, Wash. -- Police are investigating a shooting that took place Sunday night in Vancouver, which resulted in one person being transported to the hospital.
Police received a disturbance with a weapon complaint at the 4300 block of NE 66th Ave. They responded to the call at 10:18 p.m and found a male victim with what appeared to be a gunshot wound.
The suspect is believed to have fled the scene before police arrived.
The 21-year-old male victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for injuries that were not life-threatening.
No suspect has been identified or arrested and the investigation is ongoing.
