PORTLAND, Ore. -- If you drive through downtown, chances are you’ve been stuck behind a Union Pacific or BNSF freight train.
Two spots that cause some of the most significant backups are the Naito Parkway crossing by the Steel Bridge, and the crossing at Southeast Yamhill that can back up the I-5 N exit ramp to I-84.
