PORTLAND, Ore. — Oregon ballots must be returned by 8 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 5. Returned ballots that arrive at election offices after the deadline can still be counted but only if they are postmarked before the cut-off time.
Mail dropped in a mailbox does not get postmarked until it is picked up and processed at a post office, so last-minute voters should seek out a drop box.
Oregon voters can find their closest drop box using the Oregon Drop Box Locator. Enter your full address, including zip code, to locate official ballot drop boxes nearby. Ballot drop boxes are accessible 24 hours a day. Here's how you can track your ballot.
