PORTLAND, Ore — The biggest of the Rose Festival Parades brings thousands to the streets to see the floats, vintage cars, and of course flowers.
This year got off to a cloudy start but that did not keep the marching bands from marching or the floats from driving by, waving at kids and adults alike.

This year’s parade featured the traditional large floats as well as mini-floats, marching bands, equestrian teams, vintage vehicles and more.
Five Rose Festival heroes served as Grand Marshals for the parade. Learn more about them here
You can get a closer look at the floats through the weekend. They’ll be at the Grand Floral Float Showcase on Southwest Naito Parkway, adjacent to CityFair, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
