HIGHWAY 22, Ore. -- Oregon State Police locate one person of interest in a fatal motorcycle crash west of Salem and are searching for three others involved in the accident.
The crash happened just after 6:30 a.m. when OSP was dispatched to Highway 22 near milepost 14 where they located a motorcycle on the shoulder of the highway.
The victim has been identified as 43-year-old James Rudolph Osredkar, of Sheridan. OSP were searching for a person of interest, 22-year-old Michala Ann Brown, who last lived in McMinnville. Brown has since been located by OSP and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
Evidence at the scene indicated another vehicle was involved in the accident and shortly after this incident a black Toyota Prius was reported on fire near Ford Street in Rickerall.
Now, three other persons of interest have been named: 19-year-old Brandon Duck, of McMinnville, Makayla Aldeguer, 23, also from McMinnville, and 19-year-old Jessica Jaeger, of Sheridan.
OSP said the car had been reported stolen out of Lincoln County several days earlier and based on their preliminary investigation, they believe the two incidents are connected.
The victim's family has started a GoFundMe page to help pay for funeral expenses and other upcoming financial burdens. Osredkar is survived by his wife and four children.
