The Obamas are dining with the royals at Kensington Palace today, and though we were fully prepared for the beautiful photos of our favorite power couples, we weren't ready for the sugary sweet photos of President Obama meeting Prince George.
The little prince was allowed to stay up past his bedtime to meet POTUS and FLOTUS, which explains the very fashionable baby robe which will likely sell out as soon as royal lovers figure out who makes it.
According to Kensington Palace, the prince thanked the couple for the rocking horse given to him when he was born. Also in the room, according to reports from the traveling White House pool of reporters and photographers, was a stuffed dog that looks like Bo -- another gift from the president and first lady.
As for the ladies' fashion choices, we weren't disappointed. First lady Michelle Obama chose a tan monochrome look, while Duchess Kate went with a jewel-toned L.K. Bennett dress.
We're hoping for plenty of play dates in the future, maybe Malia needs an au pair gig this summer?
