BEAVERTON, Ore. — Deputies and firefighters recovered the body of a man from Bronson Creek in Beaverton on Tuesday morning, officials said.
The man has yet to be identified and officials have not determined his cause of death at this time. The Washington County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) said no signs of physical injury to the body were seen during an initial investigation by deputies and the medical examiner.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office said it received a call Tuesday around 10:20 a.m. saying there was a body in Bronson Creek on the north side of Northwest Anzalone Drive in Beaverton. WCSO deputies and firefighters from Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue responded and found the body of a man stuck in tree branches in the creek. Firefighters recovered the body from the creek.
On Monday morning, a man was swept into Johnson Creek in Portland. His body was recovered Monday afternoon.
