VANCOUVER, Wash. — Vancouver police are investigating a fatal crash in Vancouver.
The crash between a 1995 Cadillac and a 2015 BMW happened at Southeast 164th Avenue and Southeast 12th Street at around 5:15 p.m. Sunday.
Police say the driver of the Cadillac turned on a red arrow onto Southeast 12th Street in front of the BMW, which was crossing the intersection on a green light. The BMW crashed into the side of the Cadillac and pushed it into a traffic signal pole.
The man who was driving the Cadillac died in the crash. The woman driving the BMW and her passenger, a man, were taken to the hospital. Police said both are expected to survive.
