ROCKAWAY BEACH, Ore. -- A Tillamook County shooting suspect who eluded police early Thursday morning has been arrested.
OSP provided no details about the gunfire. The agency said there were no reports yet of any injuries.
Police went to Rockaway Beach about 4 a.m. Thursday looking for 21-year-old Nolan Seth Otey.
He was seen on foot in town wearing a black jacket and dark jeans. He was considered armed and dangerous.
Schools in the Neah-Kah-Nie School District were closed for the day due to the police activity in the area.
