PORTLAND, Ore – Police are asking for the public’s help with finding a 50-year-old Portland woman who was last heard from on Tuesday.
Nilda Valdes-Ramirez, 50, was reported missing Thursday after friends visited her downtown Portland apartment and learned she was not home. She was last heard from at about 7 p.m. on Tuesday, according to police.
