PORTLAND, Ore. — Over 2,500 Pacific Power customers in North Portland are without power Thursday morning.
Pacific Power said that the cause is still under investigation, but crews have been dispatched to make repairs and restore power "as quickly as possible." Currently, 2,524 customers are affected.
The power outage appears to cover the area around Legacy Emanuel Medical Center and the North Mississippi Avenue area. It was first reported at 4:14 a.m. and currently is estimated to be restored around 8:30 a.m. The outage may be affecting traffic signals in the area.
