The Oregon Humane Society's Dog of the Day is Huxley (101834). He is an one year old active Terrier mix who is looking for someone to be his best friend. He would do best with someone who has had Terrier experience and who understands the breed. Huxley loves to run and chase, so he will need fluffy toys to chase, food dispensing toys and any kind of game. Keeping his brain busy will help keep him (and you!) happy. He will need a home without cats, dogs or children. He is not the type of guy to take to the dog park, so you will need to exercise him in other ways.
