OREGON CITY, Ore. — A man is wanted for vandalizing a building in Oregon City, according to the Oregon City Police Department.
On April 9, at around 10:07 a.m., the Oregon City Police Department took a report regarding a vandalism incident at a building located in downtown Oregon City at 214 7th Street, according to the Oregon City Police Department.
During the investigation, Oregon City police described the suspect as a white male believed to be in his late teens or early 20s, wearing dark clothes and a hooded sweatshirt. Officials believe he's responsible for spray-painting the side of the building.
The suspect was also seen with another person who was later identified as a 15-year-old male teen, who was arrested for criminal mischief for other incidents of spray paint vandalism, according to Oregon City police.
An Oregon City code enforcement officer who was investigating a graffiti complaint in a residential neighborhood received a complaint from a resident who witnessed the 15-year-old teen defacing a sidewalk and curbs with graffiti, according to the Oregon City police. The same resident also noticed similar graffiti markings around Oregon City, which the code enforcement officers were able to confirm the graffiti markings matched.
