An Oregon City man was arrested early Friday evening on an accusation of public indecency after a woman reported that a man in the Clackamas Town Center parking lot had beckoned her over and then exposed himself.?

Deputies say Joseph Arthur Allick, 30, of Oregon City, was behind the wheel of a 1989 white Ford Bronco with a blue hood. Mall surveillance video shows the Bronco circling the parking area near the Nordstrom store 17 times. The driver is seen knocking on his car window to get the attention of women walking by.
Allick was taken to the Clackamas County jail, booked and released. He faces a Nov. 2 court appearance.
