PORTLAND, Ore. — One person died when two vehicles collided on Friday night, according to Portland police.
Officers were dispatched to a crash involving a tractor trailer and sedan on Northeast Columbia Boulevard near Northeast Lombard Court around 9:59 p.m.
The sedan's driver died at the scene. They are not being identified at this time until their family is notified.
The driver of the semi was not injured, police said.
The Portland Police Bureau's Major Crash Team is investigating the crash. Police have not said what led to the crash.
