PORTLAND, Ore. — The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is asking the public to help them locate an 8-year-old girl who has been missing since November 2022. ODHS said this isn't the first time they've put out an alert about the girl and believe she may be at risk.
The child, Isabella Sebastian Villalobos, went missing from Portland with her parents, Betty Villalobos Reyes and Andres Sebastian Francisco, on Nov. 29, 2022. ODHS said they believe they could be in Oregon, Colorado or Mexico.
Anyone with information about Isabella's whereabouts is asked to call 911, local law enforcement or the Oregon Child Abuse Hotline at 1-855-503-SAFE (7233).
