SALEM, Ore. – A captain with the Salem Fire Department was arrested early Thursday morning, accused of domestic violence.
Police responded to a home in West Salem around 1:30 a.m. and arrested Matthew Brozovich, 32, for five counts of harassment and one count of menacing, all misdemeanor charges.
Brozovich was taken to the Polk County Jail and later released on $3,250 bail. He has worked for the Salem Fire Department since 2005.
Brozovich's first court appearance has been scheduled for May 7th in Dallas, Ore.
