PORTLAND, Ore. -- The ramp from northbound I-5 to the Fremont Bridge and southbound I-405 will be closed during late night hours, from Tuesday night through Monday night, for maintenance work.
The ramp will be closed for from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for five nights beginning Tuesday Jan. 20 through Sunday morning Jan. 25. The ramp will also close during the same hours on the night of Friday Jan. 30 and again the night of Saturday Jan. 31.
On the nights of Thursday Jan. 22 and Saturday Jan. 24, the Portland Trail Blazers will play home games at the nearby Moda Center. On those nights, no closures will begin until game traffic has cleared, officials said.
The closures are necessary to allow crews to perform bridge joint repairs.
