PORTLAND, Ore. — A person who was hit and killed by a vehicle in Northeast Portland in early June was identified as 34-year-old Ryan Leaston, Police police said.
Just before 10 p.m. on June 3, officers responded to the crash near Northeast Sandy Boulevard. Leaston died at the scene after a driver in a small car hit him, according to Portland police. The driver remained at the scene. Portland police has not reported whether the driver is facing any criminal charges.
