Convicted child killer Omar Carroll was denied parole by unanimous vote of the Oregon Parole Board Wednesday. The board took fifteen minutes to reach its conclusion.
In 1985, as a 17-year-old, Carroll stabbed 13-year-old Tina Marie Jones to death with a penknife.
Carroll was up for parole this year in the murder. For two decades, Cunningham has been attending parole hearings and testifying against his release.

This time, the parole board based its decision on a doctor's finding that Carroll represented a "danger to society."
Carroll will be up for parole review again in two years.
