The U.S. Coast Guard sent out air and boat crews Sunday afternoon to rescue four people after a commercial fishing vessel capsized 15 miles off the entrance to Tillamook Bay.
The Coast Guard said three fishermen were able to make it into a life raft. The fourth went into the water but was rescued.
