American Airlines flight returns to SeaTac after bird strike

SEATTLE -- American Airlines flight 2310 returned to SeaTac International Airport on Wednesday afternoon after a reported bird strike.

SEATTLE -- American Airlines flight 2310 returned to SeaTac International Airport on Wednesday afternoon after a reported bird strike.

The Airbus was headed for Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

Sea-Tac Airport officials said in a tweet that the flight with 150 passengers landed safely Wednesday afternoon.

The bird strike left damage to AA231.
