YACOLT, Wash. — The Clark County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a Wednesday evening crash left one person dead.
Around 7:15 p.m., a 911 caller reported a collision involving two trucks at Northeast Railroad Avenue near Yacolt, where one of the trucks caught fire and hit a tree.
Despite life-saving measures, one person died, medics said.
The Clark County Traffic Homicide Unit is investigating.
