Woodburn police asking the public for information in hit-and-run of teenager

WOODBURN, Ore. — The Woodburn Police Department is seeking additional information from the public regarding a hit-and-run crash that injured a teenager skateboarding on Sept. 7, according to Woodburn police. 

At around 6:11 p.m., Woodburn police responded to reports of a hit-and-run at East Cleveland Avenue and Ogle Street.

The suspect's car is described and appears to be a 1990 Ford Ranger pickup truck that is bright red with a black lumber rack and a small grey boat on it. The driver of the truck is described as a Hispanic man. 

The 17-year-old teenager was left with minor injuries after being hit by the suspect while skateboarding in the area, according to Woodburn police.
