PORTLAND, Ore. — A Washington man was sentenced to eight years in prison for a sexual assault in Marion County early last year. Sheriffs believe that there may be other victims who have not yet been located.
Ronald Jr. Collins II, 34, was charged on Jan. 30, for first-degree rape, two counts of strangulation and two counts of fourth-degree assault.
Detectives said Collins met his victim online. He was arrested in Washington in June and brought to Marion County.
