SALEM, Ore. -- A man was found dead Wednesday night in South Salem and two suspects have been arrested, police said.
Investigators found Todd Federico, 26, dead in a home in the 2000 block of Robins Lane Southeast just after 9 p.m., according to Lt. Dave Okada with the Salem Police Department.
The officers said Federico was not breathing. They tried to revive him with CPR before he was officially pronounced dead by paramedics.
Detectives later arrested 56-year old William Toressa of Prineville and Joshua Johnson, 32, of Lyons on charges of criminally negligent homicide and manslaughter. Both were transported to the Marion County Correctional Facility.
The two were scheduled to appear in court Friday.
"The investigation is continuing and there are no further suspects outstanding at this time," Okada added.
