GRESHAM, Ore. — A man who shot and killed another man at a Gresham shopping center last October was found guilty Thursday.
According to the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office, a jury found 32-year-old Devin Rose guilty in the shooting death of 42-year-old Justin Graver.
A Multnomah County circuit court judge also returned a guilty finding on one count of felon in possession of a firearm.
Rose faces a mandatory life sentence with the possibility of parole after 25 years.
In October 2023, around 9 p.m., police responded to a shooting near Southeast Powell Boulevard and 182nd Avenue. Police said the shooting happened at Highland Fair Center; they found evidence in the parking lot.
