PORTLAND, Ore. — One person is dead after a shooting in Portland's Lloyd neighborhood on Tuesday, according to the Portland Police Bureau (PPB).
At around 5:30 p.m., Portland police responded to reports of a shooting near Northeast Grand Avenue and Northeast 6th Avenue. When officers arrived, they found a man dead.
PPB said no arrests have been made, since the suspect or suspects left the area before officers arrived.
The homicide unit responded to the scene to investigate. Traffic was shut down in the area at the time, according to PPB.
