BEAVERTON, Ore. — The Beaverton Police Department is searching for a suspect who allegedly shot a 29-year-old during a road rage incident.
The incident happened on Jan. 22, around 7:16 p.m., near the intersection of Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard and Southwest Walker Road, police said. Police have not released the victim's identity or any details about the extent of their injuries.
The suspect is described as a white man between 60 to 70 years old with gray facial hair, police said. He was wearing an orange and yellow ballcap at the time of the shooting. His truck, a newer white GMC Sierra quad cab, is missing a side passenger rearview mirror; the mirror itself is missing from the frame. The truck also did not have a visible license plate, but there may be a temporary tag in the driver's rearview window, according to police.
Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Maggie Brown at 503-526-2538 or via email at MadalynBrown@BeavertonOregon.gov.
