“After 14 years we have simply outgrown our current building, desperately needing a better kitchen layout, an expanded and more efficient bar, additional garden space as well as dedicated rooms for our bustling Private Events business. Today we are announcing the next evolution of Meriwether’s – keeping our current historic building and making minor updates to it so we can continue using it for Events & Private Dining while building a new rooftop restaurant alongside it in the location where our parking lot and offices currently sit. The new restaurant will be designed with the same comfortable and approachable familiarity our customers appreciate such as indoor/outdoor seating, perennial gardens, historic nuances and private parking with the added bonus of 360 degree views,” said John and Renee Orlando, Owners of Meriwether’s Restaurant & Skyline Farm. “Our amazing staff and our loyal customers are the reasons we have been successful this long and we cannot thank all of you enough”.
