PORTLAND, Ore. — Which is the hottest 'hood in the Portland area?
It's where homes fetch the highest median sale prices, where houses don't linger long on the market and where there is a for-sale sign on every block.
Since last week, the Portland Business Journal has presented its Hottest Hoods data for the second quarter, looking at sales, price and time on the market in the Portland area. Today, we combine three measures for an overall ranking of 50 ZIP codes.
