SEATTLE — One of the internet's favorite food critics just visited the city of Seattle and gave very high marks to one restaurant he tried in the Chinatown-International District.
Keith Lee, who has over 16.5 million followers on TikTok, has become one of the most notable food critics in the country. Lee recently announced that he is moving to Texas, but was in Seattle over the past week, posting three reviews to his massive online audience.
The highlight of Lee's visit appeared to be King's Barbeque House on Sixth Street, which Lee said he walked into when he saw the full ducks in the window of the restaurant.
Lee said he got a full duck, and the restaurant even gave him the head of the duck. While he didn't try biting into that, Lee said the duck he did eat was "seasoned to perfection."
"This is the highest it's been in a long time," Lee said of his 9.5/10 rating of the restaurant.
Lee said he "really likes Seattle" and was excited to see what the rest of his trip had in store.
Pike Place Market and Tiny's Apple Cider stand just below the iconic sign was another stop on Lee's visit to Seattle. He tried most of the available ciders and ended up buying a cup for many of the patrons in line behind him.
Finally, Lee visited FOB Sushi Bar on Fourth Avenue in Seattle. Lee said the establishment was worth coming back to but did mention the rice in several of the rolls he ate tasted like it was overcooked.
Lee did appear to tease that more Seattle-area restaurant reviews could be coming soon to his social channels.
Food wasn't the only reason Lee was in Seattle, as he shared on his Instagram account that he attended one of Usher's two concerts at Climate Pledge Arena over the weekend.
