BEND, Ore. -- Matthew Fox, star of Lost and Party of Five, was arrested for drunken driving in Oregon Friday morning,
Fox was booked for DUII at 3:30 a.m. and released on his own recognizance about an hour later, according to Deschutes County Jail records.
A source told TMZ.com that Fox was en route to a fast-food restaurant when it happened, but law enforcement officials did not confirm that report.
Fox lives in Bend, Oregon.
