MEDFORD, Ore. -- In less than two years, Oregonians could be enjoying an "animal-style" burger.
The popular fast food chain, In-N-Out Burger is planning to open a new restaurant in Medford and company officials also said they would like to expand throughout the state of Oregon.
As first reported by the Mail Tribune, Carl Van Fleet, vice president of planning and development for In-N-Out, said the company is considering more possible Oregon locations - but would not elaborate further.
"As far as other Oregon sites are concerned, eventually we'd like to open more restaurants, but, again, it is just too early to project any other sites besides Medford," Van Fleet wrote in an email.
The Medford restaurant was approved by the city in early March and building is set to start this spring.
The burger chain currently has 303 restaurants in California, Texas, Nevada, Utah and Arizona.
