TUESDAY, 7/29 Bark in the Park Canine Carnival We re spending an afternoon with the dogs at Ross Off-Leash Dog Park in Vancouver to preview this coming Saturday s Bark in the Park Canine Carnival, a fundraising event to support DOGPAW (Dog Owners Group for Park Access in Washington) that promises to be fun for dogs & owners alike with activities that include Tennis Ball Walk and Doggie Bowling .
