PORTLAND, Ore. -- Besaw's is back. After being forced to close last May, the restaurant is finally back open in a brand new location.
In 1903, Besaw's first opened and remained in the same location for 112 years. But now it is in a new spot at Northwest 21st Avenue and Raleigh Street, only a few blocks from the original location.
The new place has a new look, but still contains many of the old favorites. Dustin Clark is the new chef, bringing his skills from Wildwood, where he previously worked.
The new menu includes traditional Besaw's items, such as the farmer's hash, but also new takes, like waffle-crusted chicken wings.
Besaw's is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
