PORTLAND, Ore. — All southbound lanes of Interstate 5 reopened around 11 p.m. at the Fremont Bridge in Portland after a pedestrian was hit and killed by a semi-truck driver.
The dead man was identified as Eric Tomlinson, 41, of Wisconsin.
The crash occurred at around 6:50 p.m. The driver of the truck remained at the scene and was cooperating with investigators.
