GRESHAM, Ore. — A small plane crashed in Gresham near Southeast 182nd Avenue and Richey Road on Monday evening.
Two men were injured in the crash, according to the Gresham Fire Department. One person was taken to the hospital via Life Flight and the other was taken via ambulance. According to authorities, their injuries appeared to be non-life threatening.
They were identified Tuesday as 25-year-old Ameen Alshangiti and 41-year-old Aaron Michelsen.
The plane was registered to an owner in Estacada, but a bill of sale shows a recent transfer to a man in Damascus.
