PORTLAND, Ore. — A death investigation is underway after a body was found in the Columbia River late Saturday morning.
The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office said the body appeared to be that of an adult. The body was found in the river underneath the Interstate Bridge.
The remains will be turned over the Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office for identification and further investigation.
